The CEO Moves Collective is a community for female business owners and founders who believe that meaningful relationships, shared experiences and continued learning make us better business owners.
It's a place to connect with women who understand what it means to build, lead and grow a business.
To have real conversations and to learn from one another.
To make connections that can turn into referrals, collaborations, clients, friendships and opportunities you may never have seen coming.
We believe the people you surround yourself with matter.
And sometimes, one conversation or one connection can change everything.
You just have to show up.
What We Believe
Relationships come before referrals.
We're not here to collect business cards or walk into a room wondering, "Who can I sell to?"
We believe the strongest business relationships are built over time. By showing up. Asking questions. Getting to know the woman behind the business. And looking for ways to genuinely support one another.
There's room for real conversation.
Business ownership comes with incredible wins and really hard moments. Around here, there's room for both. We really do celebrate wins and acknowledge when things aren’t really that peachy.
You don't have to walk into the room with everything figured out. You can talk about what's working, what isn't, what you're considering and where you could use support.
Cause dang, who else is gonna truly understand the journey?

A Note From Val
It started with one meetup...
I was hoping maybe ten women would come.
Twelve did.
I had no idea that one gathering would become a community that would welcome hundreds of women business owners over the next two years.
But I knew I wanted to create something different.
I didn't want another networking organization where we showed up, gave our elevator pitches, exchanged business cards and went home. #draining
I wanted a space where relationships came first.
Where women could get to know one another beyond what they sell.
Where you could celebrate a huge win one month and walk in needing support the next.
Where conversations could lead to ideas, introductions, collaborations, referrals, clients and genuine friendships.
And that's exactly what I've watched happen.
There are countless stories of women right here in this community hiring one another, collaborating, making introductions, sharing resources, referring business and simply showing up for each other.
What started with one meetup has grown into something much bigger.
Today, The CEO Moves Collective brings women together through CEO Moves & Meetups, our CEO Mastermind cohorts and the greater facebook community.
Different ways to connect, learn and grow, all built around the same belief:

I am a business mentor, community builder and big believer that the relationships you build along the way can completely change your business.
With years of experience in sales, business development, coaching and entrepreneurship, I built The CEO Moves Collective around something I’ve always known to be true: people do business with people they know, trust and genuinely enjoy being around.
A few things to know about me:
I am a human rolodex. When I meet you, I am scanning my internal contact list to see who I need to connect you with.
God forbid the person (or pet) that gets in between me and my first cup of coffee of the day.
Please never ask me to camp.
I absolutely love traveling - It expands our understanding of the world. However, most of my travel of late has been taking me to the sidelines of soccer fields so I can cheer on my teenager while he is living his best life.
Jaime Miller

If you've walked into a CEO Moves event and immediately felt like someone was genuinely happy you were there, there's a good chance you've met Jaime.
As Director of Growth & Relationships, Jaime helps women find their way into the CEO Moves community, builds relationships with our members and partners, and makes sure the experience feels personal from the very beginning.
A few things to know about Jaime:
You’ll always find two things on her at all times: water and lip balm. The woman seriously has a lip balm obsession!
Her most random skill: She can name all 23 helping verbs off the top of her head.
She really hates having her picture taken. Be warned if you ever want a selfie with her! It will take you forever, but you will look damn good!
To know Jaime is to know how much she loves her kids (she really is an awesome mom) and that she has a heart of service.
